Following in my footsteps or my late father, from the moment we first cooked together seeing his passion & creativity (telling me off regulary, teaching me discipline) classic lines of 'clean as you go' & 'if its not good enough stat again! Now just over 20 years of working in all aspects of hospitality, I have a wealth of experience to cater for any event. My journey began working in a local family run restaurant while serving my apprenticeship. Once completed I quickly worked my way through the ranks & became sous chef with 5 years of service. Wanting to further develop my skills & knowledge I moved on to several restaurants.
