"I left my beloved scotland at 21 years of age to explore the beautiful channel island of Guernsey this is where my introduction to hotels began & part of a team cooking food at 2 rosette standard 'to say i was in my element was an understatement' working long hours but still found the time to take in this wonderful island & all it had to offer. Then returning to the mainland in 2007 we choose to settle in lincolnshire as it has some of the best produce on offer and for a chef i couldnt resist. working within many eastablishments during this time such as the GEORGE OF STAMFORD & the lace market hotel to mention a few.... Then in 2010 I moved to the historical town of caistor in the lincolnshire wolds to open a brand new restaurant with a big influence on local produce working closely with local producer to showcase the best of lincolnshire winning numerous awards & accolades such as restaurant of the month in the 'Lincolnshire Today' &  Food platium award from lincolnshire life magazine. Upon returning back to grantham after the success of the restaurant decided to embark on launching my very own catering business offering unique tasty quirky food & quality service."
